RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at hello@curatedhomefurnishings.com within three (3) days of receipt. In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Custom, made-to-order items will arrive at your front door between 10-12 weeks. Once a custom, made-to-order item has been placed and payment has been received, cancellation is not possible. The following are final sale, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: Furniture, accessories, art, custom orders, sale items, and all marble products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please send all photos of the damaged product and all packaging to hello@curatedhomefurnishings.com within (3) days of receiving said item and packaging. Upon inspection of all images, a team member will work with you to make things right. If your item is in stock at one of our US-based warehouses, we will send you a prepaid label to exchange your item and ship you the same item in exchange for the original.
All custom-made-to-order items are photographed and inspected before being shipped internationally. If the item you receive arrives damaged due to shipping, we will immediately contact the manufacturer to send an exact replacement as soon as possible. We do not ship custom-made-to-order items back to the manufacturer and do not take responsibility for removing the item from your home. We recommend contacting your local Habitat For Humanity RESTORE or charitable organization to pick up said item. RESTORE and philanthropic organizations offer a tax-deductible receipt for your donation. In the event you have any problem or concern with an order we will connect you with our knowledgeable staff to ensure the issue is resolved to the best of our ability.
Shipping
Standard free shipping is included in all furniture and lighting products and shipped by Fedex or UPS, or a select five star shipping carriers depending on the state. From the time an order is placed and payment is made, most in-stock most items ship in 5-7 business days. Estimated shipping times vary by order. A tracking ID will be emailed to you so you may easily track your order. Tracking is assigned before the items are picked up and in transit. Unless otherwise specified, all furniture, lighting and accessories will be left on purchasers front door step.
White glove services are available on certain items. Please see see details on the items you select. White glove service entails the shipper to remove furniture from the crate or package and deliver it inside your home to the location of your choice. Shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging for you!
All Fine Art ships with added shipping and handling costs paid for by the customer at checkout. Once artwork is packaged and crated and picked up by the international carrier, a tracking number with delivery time and date will be provided to you.

Curated Home Furnishings is owned and operated by JBD1 LLC. JBD1 LLC takes the privacy of our customers very seriously. We value our customers and respect your privacy. We collect information about you in an effort to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.
